What is Emerging Leaders United?
Emerging Leaders United (ELU) is a network of passionate, young professionals creating lasting impact in our community by supporting the mission of United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region. It is our goal to inspire advocacy, philanthropy and volunteerism, while developing the potential in individuals to be a driving force for good in Dutchess and Orange Counties.

ELU members are committed, compassionate and generous individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact throughout our community. Members connect to their communities and each other through volunteerism, networking and fundraising events, professional development and educational opportunities.
Expectations of Emerging Leaders United
As a member, you will be expected to attend monthly virtual meetings and to participate as a volunteer at events hosted by Emerging Leaders United. Members are able to expand their social and professional networks and enhance their skill sets by networking with others in their field and by helping plan United Way-sponsored volunteering and fundraising events.
